Rosie is a complete ray of sunshine, she brings joy and brightens the lives of everyone she meets, with her gorgeous smile and cheeky sense of humour. She is also one hell of a strong, resilient, brave warrior.

Seven years ago, an amazingly brave, selfless family and their strong little warrior, gave Rosie the ultimate gift, the gift of life.

We have had seven wonderful extra years of making precious memories thanks to them, the NHS and organ donation.

I am always thinking of that incredible little boy and his incredible family. Thank you will never be enough. I send them so much love today and always as I give Rosie an extra big squeeze. Thank you

We really appreciate the continued love and support of family and friends. Without this, we wouldn’t be able to pay for the private therapies, that are giving Rosie the best quality of life possible. Thank you x

Rosie’s Gift of a new Heart

Imagine that you or one of your family members needed an organ transplant in order to continue living. The majority of us would accept an organ without giving it a second thought but due to a lack of awareness hardly any of us are registered as an organ donor.

Even fewer have signed up our families to the register.

As a result, each year the harsh reality for thousands of people in the UK waiting for an organ transplant is that sadly many of them may never get the call telling them that a suitable organ donor has been found.

If you wouldn’t think twice about accepting an organ to save a life, you shouldn’t think twice about registering to donate an organ to save a life.

Please consider organ donation for you and your family (children can be donors too) and share your decision with loved ones.

We are sharing Rosie’s story to encourage more people to consider organ donation and to remind people to have the conversation with their loved ones to ensure they are aware of their wishes

We want to do everything we can to get Rosie as good as she can be. We therefore want to purchase specialist equipment and pay for private physiotherapy sessions for Rosie.

Nearly 300 children have died in the past ten years while waiting on the organ donor transplant list.

If you have any fundraising ideas or want to help spread the word, get in touch..!

Thanks to organ donation and an amazingly courageous, selfless family, Rosie received her gift of life and has now finally been able to return home. The multiple strokes Rosie suffered whilst waiting for a heart have left her with severe brain damage and she is currently unable to sit unaided, stand or communicate.

We want to do everything we can to get Rosie as good as she can be. We therefore want to purchase specialist equipment and pay for private physiotherapy sessions for Rosie. Our incredible family and friends have already been so generous in thier love, support and donations to various charities on our behalf, so we do not expect them to further donate. However, we would really appreciate it if you could share this link and pass it on to any wealthy individuals or businesses that may be able to help.

Thank you all so very much for your continued love and support x
